Popular Music

There are various groups within the Popular Music Department catering for a variety of musicians.

A range of Electric Guitar Groups work at different levels for players of all abilities and experiences. There is also an Acoustic Guitar Orchestra.

Who is it for?

Children of all ages, abilities and levels but a beginner’s knowledge of guitar or keyboard/piano is required as appropriate.

Rehearsal time: Monday, 4.15 – 5.15pm

Group: AGO (Acoustic Guitar Orchestra)
Rehearsal time: Tuesday, 6.00 – 7.00pm

Group: EGG3 (Electric Guitar Group)
Rehearsal time: Thursday, 4.30 – 6.00pm

Fees

£57.00 per term to join Oldham Music Centre

Discounts

Get £9.90 off your fee for each additional child from the same family joining a Music Centre group.

Get 50% off per child if you are eligible for free school meals.
